Art and culture are a particular sphere of society which provides entertainment opportunities to citizens. So, investment in this sphere I sa correct choice. Furthermore, the development of society always goes hand in hand with the improment of culture, thus the conservation of culture from the negative influences of society is a necessary job. To do this, the government spends enomous amounts of money to support museums, galleries and performing arts. In addition, we always want to improve our education systems by encouraging children to go to museums or artistic galleries where they can find out a lot of valuable information.
On the other hand, some people do not agree with what they believe is a huge waste of money. They will support a government that always respects to improve the educational environment should spend money to build new schools and high-quatity hospitals. Enjoying culture and art is a vital requirement of everybody, but when the economy is still poor and everybody’s life still landing in a difficult situation, we should not invest in the entertainment industry that really wastes money.
On balance, the cultural and artistic activities are necessary to everybody, but the government should consider encouraging and supporting in all spheres of society. The government have responsibilities in the improvement of the quality and environment of life
