A famous poet

Mr. Han Mac Tu is a famous poet in Viet Nam in 20th century, He was born in 1912 in Quang Binh province anh he died in 1940. Han Mac Tu is one of the pen name of Mr. Nguyen Trong Tri. It means "pen and ink - slab's man" in English. He died when he was very young - 28 years old. But, his achievements were admired by a lot of poet's fans. He also was a Mr. Phan Boi Chau's friend - a famous sholar in 20th century. His life had a lot of hardship such as illness and sadness. We can say he is one of Viet Nam's special poets.




He made about 10 collectinons of poem, prose anh play in verse such as "The countryside's girl", "The disorder poem",... The poems become very famous in that time because he was a person who started to write a new poem - "The disorder poem". His was one of the most famous poems of all time in Viet Nam. I knew a his special poem that called "At night". It had 8 sentences and 56 letters. We can read it from the first to last letter or from last letter to first letter but it still has meaning.

He always worked hard even when he was sick very heavy. His ambitions were to write and write a lot of good poems more and more and struggle on illness. Unfortunately, he died when he was very young.
I particularly admire him. His effort in work is a good lesson for everybody. He was a talented poet anh his sixth sense was very special. He also defeated illess to write verses the same as a great poet all time. He was a young poet, but had a lot of achivements in art of poetry and songs.
